Interim Manager Partnerships & Communications (maternity cover)

Are you a natural relationship-builder who enjoys bringing people and organisations together, and do you have a strong feel for communication? At True Price, we are looking for an Interim Manager Partnerships & Communications for a 6-month maternity leave replacement starting 1 November 2026. In this role, you will build coalitions, manage key relationships and lead our communication, helping organisations turn insight into action and make products more sustainable, transparent and fair.

Opportunities

Join a team of passionate individuals committed to making products fairer, more sustainable and more transparent through true pricing. Benefit and learn from years of experience in developing true pricing methodology, carrying out product- and value-chain assessments, making social and environmental impacts visible, and helping organisations translate quantified insights into credible action.

Your role

In this role, you will be at the heart of our partnerships and our communication. This is a hand-on position where you will combine strong coalition building and relationship management with clear, compelling communication: internally, to keep our team aligned, and externally, to strengthen our partnerships and position True Price. You bring a good feel for our true pricing methodology and the way we work, without needing to lead the technical analysis yourself.

You will work with companies, public partners, funders and knowledge institutions that want to better understand their impact and take credible next steps. Together with colleagues and external stakeholders, you will build and nurture long-term relationships, and translate complex sustainability topics into clear communication and strong, lasting partnerships.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage stakeholders and coordinate planning to keep partnership projects on track, working closely with consultants and analysts.

Communication:

  • Lead and coordinate internal communication, keeping colleagues aligned and informed.
  • Develop and oversee external communication that supports our partnerships, positioning and visibility.
  • Manage social media presence, including content planning, posting and engagement across relevant platforms.
  • Oversee the website and ensure content stays accurate, current and on-brand.
  • Coordinate newsletters and other recurring external updates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media and press contacts.
  • Ensure clear, consistent messaging and tone of voice across proposals, projects and public-facing content.
  • Support communication around events, from planning through to follow-up.
  • Guide and coach colleagues on communication and messaging.

Content:

  • Bring a good feel for true pricing, impact measurement and valuation, and help translate client and partner needs into practical next steps.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality for written and communication content in client and partner deliverables.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, standards and best practices in true pricing, impact measurement, sustainability reporting and responsible value chains.
  • Develop growing expertise in one or more impact themes, methods or sectors relevant to our work.

Your skills and experience

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in partnerships, coalition building, communications, relationship management or related roles.
  • Strong communication skills, including experience leading or coordinating internal communication within a team or organisation.
  • Proven experience building coalitions or partnerships with clients, funders, public partners or other external stakeholders.
  • A good feel for sustainability, impact measurement or true pricing methodology and the way we work, without needing to lead the technical analysis yourself.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, able to connect with a broad range of external partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to guide and coach junior colleagues.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch is a strong plus.
  • Completed relevant Master’s degree; experience with true pricing or impact measurement is a strong plus.

Does this sound like you? We would love to hear from you. Even if you do not meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply and tell us what experience, energy and perspective you would bring to our team.
